Forms Database

Search for forms

There are two ways to reach Clio Draft's database of forms.

  1. First, you can create a new client, then create a project for the client at which point you'll automatically be directed to the forms database where you can search for and add forms.
  2. Another was is to click into any existing client, then click an existing project or create a new project for the client, then click Add/remove documents. You'll be directed to the forms database where you can search for and add forms.

While viewing the forms database, you can use the search bar to search the forms database. Use keywords or form numbers to find relevant matches. You can also use the subtabs to navigate to your forms.

Tip: Your search will need to be an exact match to a form name or number, so if you cannot find what you are looking for, you can click the County, State, and Federal tabs under the search bar to scan through these categories.

Submit a request to add a form

Clio Draft has over 5,000 forms in the database, but if we do not have the form you need, reach out via the chat to submit a court form request.

Special instructions for Jury Instructions, Bankruptcy, and Assessor forms

Jury Instructions: Due to the size and variety of jury instruction packets in California and other states, these packets were not added to Clio Draft. If you have a section of instructions that you use regularly, reach out via the chat to send us the section and request that it is added.

Bankruptcy, Assessor, and other forms: Clio Draft currently hosts a small selection of miscellaneous forms, which may include bankruptcy, assessor, IRS and other forms. If you regularly use forms in these categories, reach out via the chat to request that they are added.

Important: We cannot provide legal advice, nor can we tell you which forms to use for your case. If you do not know the form name, number, or URL, contact your specific county or court for assistance.
